By using Galactrex products and services, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps, games, and website for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license terms of the storefront where you obtained a product, including Microsoft Store, Steam, or Epic Games Store, also apply to that copy.
User-generated content
Some Galactrex games allow players to enter custom text. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that violates storefront rules. Other players in your session can view what you submit. We do not store user-submitted content.
Online play and voice
Online play is powered by Epic Online Services. By playing online you also agree to the EOS Terms of Service. Voice chat is optional. Audio is transmitted live to other players in your lobby. We do not record voice. We are not responsible for the conduct or speech of other players.
Submissions: game pitches & music demos
We accept submissions through the channels listed on galactrex.com. The following terms apply to any material you send us. You keep ownership. Submitting material to us does not transfer any rights to Galactrex. We do not claim authorship, copyright, or any license to your work by virtue of receiving it. Only submit material you created or are authorized to share. Do not submit anything that infringes on someone else's rights. We are not obligated to review every submission, respond, or sign you. If we want to move forward, we will reach out to discuss a publishing agreement. The terms of any release or publishing deal are governed by that separate signed agreement, not these terms. We may delete unsuccessful submissions at any time after review. We will not share your submission with third parties outside Galactrex without your permission. If you are submitting a project that is similar to something we are already developing or considering, that is a coincidence. Submission does not give you a claim against any independently developed Galactrex project (past, present, or future).
Conduct
You agree not to cheat, exploit, harass other players, reverse engineer our games beyond what applicable law permits, or interfere with our services. We may suspend access to online services for violations.
Disclaimers
Our products are provided as-is. Online services depend on third-party infrastructure and may experience interruptions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galactrex's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
